This Booking Policy explains how reservations made through airporthoteltransfer.com are requested, processed, confirmed and managed. By submitting a booking request on our website, you agree to the terms below.

Booking Process
The booking form on our website collects your Name, Surname, Phone, Email, Notes, Passenger Details, Transfer Date, Flight Number and Flight Date.
When you click "Book Transfer", your request is sent to our operations team for review.
Your booking is not yet finalized at this stage.
Our team will contact you shortly via WhatsApp or email to:
- Verify your details
- Confirm vehicle availability
- Finalize your transfer
Only after you receive a written confirmation (email/WhatsApp) from us is your booking considered confirmed.
To provide a safe and timely service, you are responsible for ensuring that:
- Your contact details (phone and email) are correct and reachable
- The number of passengers (adults, children, babies) is accurate
- Transfer Date and Flight Date/Flight Number are correct
- Any special requests (child seats, extra luggage, special assistance, etc.) are clearly mentioned in the Notes section
AirportHotelTransfer.com cannot be held responsible for delays, missed transfers or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided in the booking form.
The price shown on the booking page for your selected route and vehicle is a final, fixed price for that transfer (no hidden fees).
Unless otherwise stated, payment is made in cash directly to the driver at the end of the journey.
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the booking page at the time of your request. Currency conversions made by your bank or card provider are outside our control.
We understand that travel plans can change.
You can request changes (date, time, passengers, flight details, hotel, etc.) by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
All changes are subject to vehicle availability and may affect the final price.
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup or "no-show" cases may be subject to charges or may not be refundable due to operational commitments
- During peak seasons, last-minute changes may not always be possible, but our team will do its best to assist you
We monitor flight status using the flight number and flight date you provide.
In case of flight delays or early arrivals, your pickup time will be adjusted accordingly where possible.
If your flight is cancelled, diverted, or significantly rescheduled, you must inform us as soon as you receive the update.
If you do not travel on the original flight and do not inform us, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
At airport pickups, our driver will wait for you after landing for a reasonable period to allow time for passport control and baggage claim.
At hotel or address pickups, please be ready at the specified time in front of your hotel or agreed meeting point.
If the driver cannot reach you and you do not answer calls/messages using the contact details you provided, the reservation may be considered a no-show, and the service may not be refunded or rescheduled.
Every person (including children and babies) counts as a passenger when selecting the vehicle size.
Please choose a vehicle type that fits both the number of passengers and luggage.
If you arrive with significantly more passengers or luggage than declared, we may not be able to operate the transfer with the reserved vehicle, and additional charges or delays may occur.
Our vehicles are non-smoking and maintained to high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Child and baby seats can be provided on request, subject to availability.
Please specify the age and number of children in the booking form so we can prepare suitable seats whenever possible.
Children must be accompanied by an adult; we do not accept unaccompanied minors.
The data you enter in the booking form is used exclusively to:
- Process your reservation
- Contact you regarding your transfer
- Comply with legal and operational requirements
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. In rare cases where we cannot accept a booking, we will inform you and, if applicable, propose an alternative time or solution.
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abusive behavior, illegal activity, or safety concerns affecting our drivers or vehicles.
